Men's grooming products, by routine.

Four routines, each built from a few products that do one job well. Every product is made in the UK and sent from our base in Eastbourne.

Beard
Beard care products made in the UK, to wash, condition, soften and shape your beard, plus everything you need for a close, comfortable shave. Most come in our signature Century or Willow scent. Start with Beard Shampoo to clean without stripping, massage Beard Oil into the skin underneath, and finish with Beard Moisturiser for softer, more manageable hair. Longer beards get control from Beard Wax; moustaches from beeswax Moustache Wax. Clean-shaven days are covered by Shave Oil, Shaving Cream and alcohol-free Post Shave Balm. Not sure where to start? Read beard oil vs balm vs wax, or give the full routine as a men's grooming gift set.
Which beard product do you need? Most beard problems come down to two things: dry skin underneath and coarse hair on top. Pick products for the job, not the label. Beard oil, beard moisturiser or beard wax? Short beard or stubble: Beard Oil alone. Two or three drops worked into the skin keep things comfortable and soft. Medium beard: oil for the skin, then Beard Moisturiser, a leave-in conditioner that softens coarse bristles. Longer or wiry beard: finish with Beard Wax. Cocoa butter and jojoba give a soft hold to tame stray hairs and keep the shape. Moustache: Moustache Wax with real beeswax holds the shape and can be reworked through the day. How often should you wash your beard? Ordinary shampoo and soap can leave a beard dry and the skin tight. Beard Shampoo is made with argan oil to clean without stripping. Use it a few times a week, and rinse with water on the days in between. How to get a comfortable shave Shave with the grain after softening the hair: Shave Oil first, then a thin layer of Shaving Cream. Finish with alcohol-free Post Shave Balm. Century or Willow: which beard oil scent? Century is fruity and warm, with blackcurrant, apple and bergamot on a vanilla base. Willow is earthier: black truffle and ylang with fresh bergamot. Most of the range comes in both, so your oil, wax and cologne can match. Hair
Men's hair styling products made in the UK, for every hold and finish: matte clay, fibre gum, defining cream and sea salt spray, plus a daily tea tree shampoo and conditioner to start clean. For the strongest hold and no shine, choose Super Dry Clay. Dry Matte Clay is strong with a natural matte look. Fibre Gum gives medium hold and natural shine for texture and separation, and Defining Cream gives strong hold with sharp definition. All four come in 50ml and 100ml tins. Add volume first with Sea Salt Spray, and keep hair in condition with Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner. Which one suits your hair? See matte clay vs fibre gum vs defining cream. Each grooming gift set includes a clay.
Which hair clay or styler is right for you? Choose by two things: how much hold you need, and how much shine you want. All four stylers come in 50ml (£8) and 100ml (£11.50) tins. Not sure? Dry Matte Clay is the easiest place to start. It's strong enough for most styles, with a finish that looks like hair, not product. Super Dry Clay: Hold: Extra strong · Finish: Matte · Best for: Thick hair, structured textured styles Dry Matte Clay: Hold: Strong · Finish: Natural matte · Best for: Everyday texture that looks undone Defining Cream: Hold: Strong · Finish: Defined, restylable · Best for: Sharper, more polished shapes Fibre Gum: Hold: Medium · Finish: Natural shine · Best for: Messy texture and separation What's best for fine or flat hair? Start with Sea Salt Spray on damp hair and blow-dry. It adds texture and helps fine hair look fuller. Then use a small amount of clay: less is more. How much hair clay should you use? Take a fingertip-sized amount, warm it between your palms until it almost disappears, and work it in from the back to the front. Add more only if you need it. Start with clean hair Tea Tree Shampoo and Tea Tree Conditioner wash out product and leave the scalp feeling refreshed. Face
Men's skincare products made in the UK, without the fuss: five products that build into a simple cleanse, treat and moisturise routine you'll actually keep. Start with Facial Cleanser (organic aloe vera, eucalyptus, pomegranate) and finish with Hydrating Facial Cream (hyaluronic acid, jojoba). Add Anti-Ageing Serum with rose hip oil, and Elixir Eye Repair Gel for tired-looking eyes. Once or twice a week, reset with the Charcoal Face Mask — charcoal and Moroccan red clay for a deep clean. New to skincare? Follow our simple men's skincare routine.
How to build a simple men's skincare routine You don't need ten steps. Three, done every day, will do more than an expensive shelf you never touch. 1. Cleanse, morning and night. Facial Cleanser, with organic aloe vera, eucalyptus and pomegranate extract, suits all skin types. Use lukewarm water and pat dry. 2. Treat. A few drops of Anti-Ageing Serum (rose hip and jojoba oils) on clean skin. It's lighter than a moisturiser. Add Elixir Eye Repair Gel around the eyes if they look tired. It contains retinol, so patch test first and follow the directions. 3. Moisturise. Hydrating Facial Cream, with hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil, is the last step. It's lightweight and absorbs quickly. In the morning, follow it with a separate sunscreen. How often should you use a face mask? Once or twice a week, swap step two for the Charcoal Face Mask. Charcoal and Moroccan red clay help draw out excess oil and impurities from the skin's surface. Got sensitive skin? Introduce one product at a time and try a small amount on a patch of skin first. Stop using anything that causes irritation. If it doesn't settle, speak to a pharmacist. More from the Journal: a simple men's skincare routine · how to shave without razor burn

Fragrance
Men's aftershave and cologne, made in the UK, from fresh everyday colognes to longer-lasting eau de parfum. Four fragrances, each with a clear character: Century, Willow, Crusade and Vanille. Find the one that becomes yours. Century is fruity and warm: blackcurrant, apple and bergamot over jasmine and oakmoss, on a vanilla base. Willow is earthier: black truffle and ylang lifted by bergamot and blackcurrant. For evenings, Crusade Eau de Parfum is our bold signature, and Vanille Eau de Parfum brings subtle sweetness. Century and Willow also run through our beard care and shave range, so your whole routine can match. Read how to choose a signature scent and cologne vs eau de parfum.
How to choose a men's aftershave Start with character, not price. Smell a scent on your own skin and live with it for a day before you decide. Century: Character: Fruity and warm: blackcurrant, apple, bergamot; jasmine and oakmoss; vanilla base · Wear it: Every day, all year Willow: Character: Earthy and refined: black truffle and ylang, lifted by bergamot and blackcurrant · Wear it: Every day; good in cooler weather Crusade: Character: Our bold signature eau de parfum · Wear it: Evenings Vanille: Character: Subtle sweetness · Wear it: Special days and nights What's the difference between cologne and eau de parfum? The difference is concentration. Eau de parfum holds more fragrance oil, so it usually lasts longer and needs fewer sprays. Cologne is lighter and easy to wear day to day. In the UK, both are often simply called aftershave. How do you make cologne last longer? Apply to moisturised skin straight after a shower, on pulse points such as the neck and inner wrists, and don't rub it in. Two or three sprays is plenty. Store the bottle away from heat and sunlight. Match your routine Century and Willow also run through our beard oil, beard wax, beard moisturiser and shave range, so your grooming and fragrance work together rather than compete.
