Every order ships from our base in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Tees are printed to order by our print partner and may arrive separately.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details when your order leaves us. You can also check your order status in your account.

Email orders@hollosupply.co.uk with your order number (and a photo if anything’s damaged) and we’ll put it right.

For health and hygiene reasons we can’t accept grooming products that have been opened or unsealed, unless they’re faulty.

Email orders@hollosupply.co.uk to tell us you’re returning an item, then post it to Hollo Supply Grooming Co., Unit 2 Birch Industrial Estate, Birch Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6PH. Return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend a tracked service.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. There’s no fee for the refund.

Yes. If it was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Our grooming products are made in the UK.

No. We never test on animals.

Check the ingredients on each product page and try a small amount on a patch of skin first. Stop using any product that causes irritation, and speak to a pharmacist if it continues.

They’re designed with men’s grooming in mind, but anyone can use them.

Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with lids closed. Keep fragrances away from heat and bright light.

Century is fruity and warm: blackcurrant, apple and bergamot with jasmine and oakmoss, on a vanilla base. Willow is earthier: black truffle and ylang lifted by fresh bergamot and blackcurrant.

Two or three times a week with Beard Shampoo suits most beards, rinsing with water in between.
