Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:

  • Payment providers: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pay-later options such as Klarna and Clearpay), WooPayments (Automattic, powered by Stripe) and PayPal. They process your payment details under their own privacy policies and may run fraud checks.
  • Delivery: Royal Mail and Evri receive your name, address, and email or phone number to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
  • Print partner: Printful prints and ships our tees, so receives the name, address and order details for any tee you order.
  • Email marketing: Mailchimp (Intuit) stores newsletter subscribers. If you opt in at checkout, it also stores your order history so we can send relevant emails.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics via Site Kit, and Google Ads and Merchant Center via Google for WooCommerce) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) help us measure the site and our ads. Google’s tags use consent mode: until you accept analytics or marketing cookies, they set no cookies and send only anonymous signals. The Meta pixel only loads once you accept marketing cookies. Separately, when you place an order our server sends the order event (with your email and phone number in hashed form) to Meta’s Conversions API so we can measure our ads.
  • Pinterest: the Pinterest tag (via Pinterest for WooCommerce) measures our Pinterest ads and only loads once you accept marketing cookies.
  • Reviews: Trustpilot shows our reviews on the site. After an order, Trustpilot receives your name, email and order reference to send you an invitation to review it.
  • Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA checks our contact and newsletter forms for automated abuse.
  • Payments fraud checks: PayPal and Stripe scripts load on the site to detect fraud before you pay.
  • Hosting and email: Fasthosts hosts the website and our email in the UK.
  • Fonts: the site’s typeface loads from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States and other countries outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK–US Data Bridge, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or another approved safeguard.
